- Jose Noy is on staff @ ComSurv, a security systems integrator that specializes in the delivery of innovative technologies to its diverse and growing customer base. He joined ComSurv in 2003 to manage the company’s expansion into Charleston, S.C., which went on to become the company’s headquarters. Under his leadership, ComSurv has tripled its revenues and is on target to post record numbers in 2011. Noy is a dedicated security professional and is specifically focused on the deployment of IP-based and high-definition technologies. He holds numerous manufacturer accreditations as well as a certification from the Office of Infrastructure Preparedness. He has also been featured in a variety of news programs and publications. Noy studied Youth Ministry and Psychology at Charleston Southern University.
